why is it so hard to contact support with apple?
My icloud account that I have been paying for doesnt work. I may have used the wrong email address, so i cannot access it nor get the charges dropped. I have tried calling many numbers and searching the support site but not getting any answers. i called my credit card company to dispute the charges but they have a 20 minute hold time and thats not gonna happen today. IS THERE ANY WAY TO CALL AND TALK TO A REAL LIVE PERSON AT APPLE?
