Downloading issues
not able to download anything from the Apple App Store it right away, sends me to a payment method page and I don’t understand what they want me to pay. Please help.

They don't want you to pay for anything.
They want you to add a payment method to your account. Apple requires a verifiable payment method on your Apple ID to make use of the App Store services, including downloading free Apps.
