when i unplug and reinsert a lightning cable into the adapter then its work!!!

It shows charging while charger is not connected I am on iPhone 16 pro max. I encountered this issue twice already. After restarting the device the problem solved.

Follow these steps:

Remove any debris from the charging port on the bottom of your device.
Restart your iPhone or iPod touch.
Try a different USB cable or charger.
Make sure you have the latest version of iOS.
Contact Apple Support to set up a service.

If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support (IN)
