My Apple Watch update has never been updated it always says failed to update. Wifi is on and it’s on charger. Never worked. Been trying to about a year. I don’t know what else to do. Can you do it from your end?

I never have time to go there and someone was saying if you call apples support # they can update it for you on their end. So I figured I’d try this forum
