Afib history versus Afib notification

Does anyone know why you can't receive Afib notifications if you have Afib history turned on? Seems like it would be easy enough for them to set it up to collect the history AND notify you if you're in Afib. I can go in to Afib and not know unless I get a notification. I really like the info that history provides, but.... I'd also like to know when I'm in Afib.

I didn’t know you could get AFIB notifications except a weekly Monday. That said once a week on a Monday I get a month and six monthly report. How do I get a weekly report? I’m sure it started out that way. But it changed on me.
