Lost recovery key

Hi,

I lost my recovery key to my Macbook Pro and I'm trying to find a way to login again without formatting my mac.

I've read some threads that say:

Go to your Apple ID.

Sign in on your trusted device.

Security > Edit > Replace Lost Key.

But when I go to my apple ID on the Mac Studio, and then "Password and security", then there are no options of edit/replace lost key, neither appear the link devices.

Any advice?
