What to do with my old Apple Pencil

I’m looking into purchasing a new iPad that doesn't support my current Apple Pencil. Is there any way to trade it in or exchange it for the second-generation Apple Pencil?

No. Apple does not take Apple Pencil's for Trade In.

You can have Apple Recycle it for you.
