Can’t Delete Credit Card Payment or Add New One

My Iphone has a red check in settings to Update payment details, when I went into this it has my credit card I use and I know it's expiration date 2026. It won't let me edit it or remove it to add another payment I know the card is good, so I was trying to replace it and put it in again?? I've been with IPhone since day one without problems.

I have a IPhone 14 PRO MAX OS 16.6
