Watch screen display too large to see anything

Whilst my wrist is still screen is normal but when I move my wrist the display is far too large to use

Apple Watch Series 8, watchOS 9

If you have Zoom turned on, you can turn it off (or on again) in the same way:

ie: Double-tap the Apple Watch display with two fingers
