In App purchase issue of COD Points

I made an in app purchase of Call of Duty points. Even though the amount has been debited from my UPI I have still not received my product and it doesn’t even reflect in my purchase history and there’s no option to contact support regarding this issue.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.


You mentioned the in-app purchase was deducted from your UPI, however the purchase isn't showing in your purchase history. After making a purchase, generally there's a purchase email sent. Did you receive it? If not, check your spam/junk folder for it.


If you are able to confirm the purchase, but it didn't reflect in the game, the information in this article may help: If you can't find or use your in-app purchases. It helps you find the in-app purchase and restore it if available.


If you were charged and unable to locate/recover the in-app purchase, you can report a problem and request a refund through Apple here: Report a Problem.
