Can’t open my downloads

When I open my downloaded files it says they’re empty but there is info in the files

Hi,

Have you looked in the ‘Files’ app on your Home Screen? Your downloads folder should be in there. If you don’t see the file I’d recommend re-downloading it from the website you got the file from.
