How do I remove this scareware warning that keeps popping up. Only when using Safari.

How to Prevent/Remove Pop-Up virus notifications on macOS Ventura I am smart enough not to fall for these pop-up virus notifications, but they are a nuisance and I want to stop them. virus prevention or detections from viruses is there any way to prevent notifications of safari for anti virus and should be any step further can that affect my macbook?

Stop unwanted scam notifications:

Safari > Settings > Websites > Notifications, and remove everything there. Turn off "Allow websites to ask permission to send notifications".
