Problems after updating to Monterey 12.6.8

Safari can’t find some favorite websites (including Apple support). I can’t get emails.

After the latest Safari security updated I was unable to connect with many of my favorite websites. I received the message "unable to connect to server". Other websites were reached with no problems. For example I could reach Apple but when I clicked on the Support box I received the could not connect message. I am unable to get email because it Can't connect with SMPT or IMAP. I read one suggestion to download another browser. I downloaded Chrome and had similar problems. I checked security and privacy settings. I deleted all cookies. I tried to reconfigure my email but it doesn't recognized my email address. I am able to get email and all websites on my iPad and iPhone with no problem.


I am able to access everything as usual when I use the "hotspot" from my iPhone but have the problem when using my home wifi. Any suggestions?
