iCloud Custom Email setup rejects DKIM info from DNS provider

I receive this error "Check your DKIM record - Make sure the settings that you updated on your domain registrar match the ones sent to you" when confirming the DNS entries suggested by iCloud. I've tried (and failed) with and without ending punctuation. Failed setting only available from DNS provider as a sub-domain entry. It reads:

Type: CNAME

Host: sig1._domainkey

Value: sig1.dkim.mibassets.com.aticloudmailadmin.com

Ideas???

Hi schrob,

If you are getting an error that says "Check your DKIM record"  as seen in Set up an existing domain with iCloud Mail:

If your registrar doesn't support “@”, enter your domain name as the host. If your registrar doesn't support quotes or trailing periods in the record values, enter the value without quotes or trailing periods. TTL should be set to 3600 seconds or 1 hour.

Take care.
