Enclosing bookmarks folder is hidden

I have 2 Safari bookmarks related to pressure cooking. I can't see them in my list of bookmarks. When I search bookmarks, they show up, apparently inside a bookmarks folder: Pressure Cooking. But I can't find this folder anywhere in the bookmarks list. This is true in MacOS Ventura and iPadOS 16.6.

I wish to use these bookmarks and manage them from the list; should not have to search for them each time. And should be able to locate the enclosing folder.

By creating a new bookmark, I revealed the default new bookmark folder path, nested inexplicably deep inside bookmarks. Here, inside an unrelated bookmarks folder, was hidden the folder and bookmarks. I had searched thru bookmarks over an over again without success. "Creating new" was the strategy that showed the path.

I edited the folder to put it in path that makes sense and can be retraced.
