what is the best way to install and activate Office Home and business 2021 on Mac (Ventura)? Have had some problems activating this sofware

what is the best way to install and activate Office Home and business 2021 on Mac (Ventura)? Have had some problems activating this software and had to exchange for another key, I'm trying to get some feed back as to what can I do different to make it work this time around. Have cleaned app system cache for one, not that I know for sure it makes a different. I just got MacBook Air M2 13" (Ventura) and first time user, you know has that is like. Any help from Apple community is appreciated
