Change alarm sound

i know how to change the normal alarm sound however i have sleep focus and there is a small selection of alarm sounds but i have my own sound i would like to use is there a way.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

Eg: reply says:

"you can't add a custom tone to "Sleep".

My alarm doesn’t even make sound anymore. Tested it out. Set an alarm and set my phone down on my table. When alarm went off, it was the lowest, almost inaudible alarm sound ever. Another Apple fail.
