Where to download iTunes 12.9.5.5 for Mojave ?

Where can I download iTunes 12.9.5.5 for Mojave.. as only the highest version available for Mac is Download iTunes 12.8.3 for Mac (UK)

I would want to know why this isn't available , and where can I get it, besides time machine backup if I need to reinstall iTunes

btw I don't like iTunes split up in Apple Music, Podcasts and Apple TV separate apps.

Used to using iTunes and has more features and better music management than Apple Music

Why ? It’s just iTunes … in previous versions of macOS you can download and reinstall iTunes if something went wrong , why not Mojave ? It would save time and hassle

It's an OS component and can't be installed, replaced, or updated separately.
