How to get new iTunes playlists from MacBook Pro to iPhone 8 with broken Lightning connector

I have an iPhone 8 Plus (iOS 16.4.1) with a broken lightning connector.   How can I get new iTunes playlists from my MacBook Pro (Mid 2015; MacOS 10.12.6) into my iPhone’s Music App?

How broken is it? I hope you can keep the phone charged or else it doesn't matter what music is on it. )-:

Anyway, specifically for syncing, if you cannot connect directly due to the connector, you can sync with an Apple Music subscription, . See steps in here: Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices - Apple Support
