Ringer turns off by itself
Whenever I turn on my phone ringer and leave it alone for awhile, it turns back to silent. Why does this keep happening? Is my phone physically damaged? (info says i have iphone 5c but i have an 11 with ios 16.5

If you mean the switch on the side of the phone that is a mechanical switch that cannot change its position without outside help, so something (your case perhaps), it moving it.
