Why does my iphone keeps turning off unless charging
whenever I unplug my iPhone 6s from charger it trips off and then on and off again
but immediately I plug it,it stops

The battery has probably reached the end of its useful life.
Given the age of that phone, though you could have the battery replaced, you'd be better off investing in a new phone.
