Received an email saying that someone hacked my iPhone

HI SO I RECIEVED AN EMAIL FROM MYSELF SAYING THAT SOMEONE HACKED MY PHONE WITH A RAT AND WAS RECORING ME AND TAPPED INTO MY MICROPHONE . NOW THEYRE DEMANDING I SEND THEM $1400.00 THRU BIT COIN OR THEY ARE GOING TO POST THOSE VIDEOS ON ALL MY SOCIAL MEDIAS & SEND THEM TO ALL OF MY CONTACTS. HAS THIS HAPPEND TO ANYONE ELSE ?

You are welcome. The email didn’t really come from you own email address. The scammers are able to “spoof” your email address when they send it.
