It won’t let me submit a refund request for a subscription I cancelled

I tried submitting a refund request for a subscription I had cancelled but it wouldn’t let me and that’s $40 I kind of need The order is MM24TMY2Z1

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 16

Wondering where you were trying to submit the refund request ? Was the subscription from Apple ?
