MacBook Pro stuck on login screen

MacBook Pro 16’ Intel 2019 Ventura. After passing credentials, loading bar stops at approx. 50%. What I already tried

  • diagnostics (cmd-r on startup) didn’t find any problems, says it’s all ok
  • recovery mode disk utility, says disk is ok
  • followed instructions to clear NVRAM
  • reinstalled the OS, problem persists
  • run the system in the single user mode - system is stuck on startup

My question is how do I diagnose the problem? What else can I do in order to fix the problem ?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.4
