What is “AVAILABLE SIM”?

Near the bottom of the page where “Certificate Trust Settings” is displayed, you’ll see or not see “AVAILABLE SIM” and notice the code listed for the IMEI”2” is similar to the code used in “PHYSICAL SIM” IMEI.
What is that for and how does it work with the phone?

Mobile telephones have an IMEI per SIM or eSIM, so IMEI2 would be the IMEI for that SIM/eSIM.

You would see two telephone numbers available, if two lines were configured and available.

Recent iPhone models including yours are capable of two cellular plans and two cellular telephone numbers loaded, which means the iPhone has some mix of eSIM and SIM slots available, depending on model and country or region.

There is a number beside the IMEI2 does that mean there is an active plan and If so, why don't I know about it?
Would the IMEI & IMEI2 be identical or similar numbers? Hence IMEI2 being the IMEI for my SIM.
I don’t have two phone numbers, I don’t have an eSIM.
So I can scratch that off.

All that can be assumed is that IMEI1 and IMEI2 are different. How different can vary. You have the iPhone. Look.
