I am familiar with the operations of engaging and disengaging all forms of silent modes with this watch. I have unpaired and repaired, and downloaded the latest software. I still have no sound(notifications/Siri/alarms) I have friends who have the same issue.

If you are sure your watch is not in Silent Mode or has Do Not Disturb enabled, then it might be a hardware problem. Your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it:
