If I get replacement unit for iPhone 13, can I still use old iPhone

If you get a replacement using Express Replacement through AppleCare, you will have to return the old defective device or get charged the full retail price of the product. In fact, Apple will place a hold of the full retail price of the device on a credit or debit card you provide them until you return the defective product successfully. Hope this helps!
