iCloud connection error on Windows 11, all browsers, all internet connections

How can I resolve this? Apple support was frustratingly bad over the phone

iCloud connection error When I try to access my icloud acc on webpage through windows laptop I receive this error message "icloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server" I am connected to the internet and my password et all is correct. iCloud 'connection error' message while trying to connect to server I've been using iCloud with Edge & Windows 11 with no problems. It worked fine yesterday morning, but I got the error message in the afternoon. Tried restarting iPhone and PC...didn't help Turned off PC firewall...didn't help No problems in Apple System Status. I tried Mozilla browser and iCloud worked beautifully! Appreciate any input that would explain why Edge suddenly won't let me sign in to iCloud.
