How to cancel a storage purchase

My iCloud storage needed increasing so I purchased the next one up for £2.99 but that wasn’t enough so I then purchased the one above for £8.99 a month and that was fine but it won’t let me cancel the £2.99 a month from subscriptions how do I do that? Thanks
