How to update OS from High Sierra

Hi! I have a 13-inch MacBook Pro (Late 2013) with a 2.6GHz with a Intel Core i5 Processor and Memory of 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3. I am currently running OS High Sierra (10.13.6). What can I update to and how can I go about it? Thank you!
