Where can I find a list of designers/developers who could create a template for me? I have specific requirements for this template that will be used to assemble a series of vignettes into an ebook, kind of in the style of a web site, that is, with a featured image, categories, author, a text box with a short intro, that sort of thing. See image for example.

So sorry. While doing a search on the internet I ran across a similar request here in these discusion groups, so I figured that I'd get some links. Believe me, I searched for half an hour on Duck with no results.
I'm nearly two hours from the nearest Apple store and a quick search turned up no local UGs.
Web designers are a dime a dozen but Pages designers?
Anyway, thanks for pointing out why I shouldn't post such requests here.
Still, I would call the Apple Store and check with them as to whether they know of anyone that might fulfill your custom Pages template and/or graphic design request.
