Caps Lock on magic keyboard not working

caps lock does nothing


this forum does not allow me to reply to your suggestions; however, none have worked. I am tossing my magic keyboard.

You can easily find your previous posts from your ASC Profile.


At top right of this page you will see your profile button (until you able to set an avatar, this will just be a head-and-shoulders silhouette). Tap the button - and then select My Subscriptions.

Also, to the left of your profile icon, you will see the Search button - from which you can selectively search posts within the Community.


You can also just tap on your profile icon that appears above any of your posts - and from the modal window that appears, select My Subscriptions.


As for your keyboard, if you have a problem that you are unable to resolve yourself, you can obtain help directly from from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page. Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases from Apple devices using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad and Keyboard:
