Deleted email rules still acting on new emails
A number of my iCloud mail rules that have been deleted are still acting on new/incoming emails. This is making email management difficult.
I've contacted Apple Support and every support person promises a resolution - then they disappear and become unresponsive. I've been waiting for 5 months for Support to engage Apple Engineering on this issue. Apple Support and Engineering freaking useless.
Does anyone have a way to bypass the normal Apple Support channels and contact Support Management instead?
