There is no Android equivalent. If you have another Apple device you can access your passwords by signing into iCloud. See How to find saved passwords and passkeys on your Mac - Apple Support.

If you have a Mac, you can then export them all into a .csv file and transfer them to a password manager. See Import and export keychain items using Keychain Access on Mac - Apple Support.

Otherwise, if you have a PC, you can access your passwords on Windows. See Set up iCloud Passwords on your Windows computer - Apple Support.

It would be an excellent idea for Apple to have Apple Keychain as a password manager for any device, so we would just avoid this problem. I had to pay for an external password manager to solve the problem and regarding the ideal operation in the apple ecosystem is HORRIBLE. I really demand a solution to this problem, I think that without a doubt many Apple Fans would appreciate it.
