I want to change my child’s birthday from adult account to child account. I applied all things on apple support page and i get a mail from applesupport to change the birthday. On this mail they said i should accept the request and enter my own apple account. But i can not see the accept request button. Please help me.

You might find it easier — and less frustrating — to simply create a new child’s account “from the start.”
It will of course require a different AppleID.

Here's some information on how to get that done:
"Change a birth date for a child
To change a birth date to any age below 13,* you must be a member of a Family Sharing group, and your family organizer must approve the change. After you change a birth date to any age below 13, you can't edit it.* Learn more about Family Sharing.
