Why can’t my identity be verified on my iPhone account?
I was on the phone with a customer service rep and she told me that my identity couldn’t be verified!! Why not?

I can think of several reasons. The rep doesn’t know because that information isn’t shared with them. The limited information they >may< have access to, may be restricted due to privacy laws and/or company policy.
Ive some questions for you. What is an iPhone account? Is it something with your cellular carrier?
