I just set up a purchase for testing and found this:

If you do NOT see the "Remove" link, make Cookies are enabled in your browser, disable any ad blockers or useless anti-virus dreckware and, if that does not help, try (a) restarting the browser or (b) switching to a different browser.
If you are using a device with a very old operating system, that may be an issue as well.
Beyond that, if those do not let you remove it, we can do little more as we are not Apple but your fellow end users. You need Apple's help:
