Inaccurate Sleep Tracking and Data Collection on Apple Watch SE

I'm experiencing an issue with my Apple Watch SE's sleep tracking. The watch is inaccurately collecting deep sleep data even when it's not being worn, such as during charging. This data is collected from the Apple Watch SE, not the iPhone.

I have already tried the following steps:

  1. Checked for software updates.
  2. Follow steps on Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone - Apple Support
  3. Verified proper fit and positioning.

However, the problem persists. Is there any additional troubleshooting I can perform to ensure accurate sleep tracking. I value the reliability of sleep data collected by the Apple Watch SE and appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Thank you.

Have you tried to calibrate the watch?

Also, make sure that sleep focus on both the watch and its paired iPhone is only on when you're in bed and about to go to sleep
