My phone is saying account is disabled

I just recently thought I had an unauthorized purchase but you had combined 2 subscriptions and the amount was a weird amount that I didn’t recognize… my bank stopped payment and issued a new card and now my phone won’t let me in the App Store and is saying all kinds of messages when I try to do things on my phone
