Dictionary not available on ibooks
I can no longer look up the definition of a word by highlighting it in iBooks. Is anyone else having this issue and how can it be fixed?

I’m using an iPad. I can highlight words in Safari and Mail on the iPad, then select “look up.” The ipad doesn’t allow me to use that feature in Books. I checked Books on my iPhone, and the look up feature works there. That said, the dictionary in Books was a built in dictionary that I no longer see. Books had other built in features that now appear to no longer exist. For example, one could highlight passages and keep them highlighted when reading for easy reference later. That feature isn’t working either.
