iPad browser problem

My wife and I have iPads and having problems assessing the msn web page to read stories. On the MSN page there are stories that scroll across the site, and you can click on the story to read it. But, we can for the past few days. We can click on the story, but it just moves on to the next headline. Where’s the problem?

iPad Air 2, iPadOS 15

Hi 70445,

Re: iPad browser problem : problems assessing the msn web page to read stories : Where’s the problem?

Two main thoughts come to mind:

(1) Seems from your post you are using iPad Air 2 with iOS 15.

You can check the iOS version: Go to Settings > General > About. (ie: See which version of iOS 15 isinstalled.)

If not already updated, updating to the newest iOS 15 update may help improve your MSN reading experience.

About iOS 15 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 15.7.8. (NB: seems iPad Air 2 is not compatible with iOS 16)

(2) If you are already using the latest iPad OS 15.7.8 version, and the issue persists.

Not all companies have web-departments which can produce websites that work on all browsers. Eg: Seems MSN are a Microsoft company so their webpages are likely to work best on "Windows" Operating system. Whether or not their web-developers and software team are making the site accessible on iPad would be up to them. The company may have guidelines available for users as to which browsers to use... a quick look has not revealed any.

Eg: Ask MSN support for advice on how to best view their site on iPad. .

or

If you are using Safari browser, try browsing a different news site for stories.

or

you could try downloading a second browser, (eg: Firefox or etc.) for MSN.

All the best :-)
