I want to delete an email and I’m not able to delete it

If you mean a particular email in the Mail app on your iPhone, swipe on it until you see a trash icon.
It is hard coming up with a solution since I don't know if you mean a particular email, or if you mean an email address. It would also help to have a better description of what you are trying and where it fails to do as expected.
