My Apple Card will not work I need help

I don’t remember when this started but my card randomly stopped working, when I would try to download stuff. It would tell me I had to verify my payment but it was already verified. I tried looking it up but it never worked, I’ve tried adding other cards, deleting this specific one and putting it back on there but nothing works. I don’t know what to do please help. It’s getting frustrating.
