Photos on iPad into an apple photo book

I have a photo album in my pictures app on my iPad which I would like to use to make an Apple Photo book. How can I do this

How can I transfer photos and videos to albums in Photos app on iPhone? Hi i just transferred to IOS from android so gallery in android more organized but I finally used to work on photos ios am a men love to move some videos and pictures to my own albums i already create so i can easily find what am looking for so in library in photos (it’s annoying that icant delete that section) is there anyway to see in library after i move any pictures or videos to an album like a small icon or something tells me that this photo existed in albums? That way i know that if this picture i already move it to my own albums or not would be nice future thanks [Re-Titled by Moderator]

How to transfer a photo from Files app to Photos app? I have a photo in my Files app on my phone. I want it to be in my Photos app. I cannot find a way to do this. When I open the photo and click the share icon (which has no label so I hope you know what I mean by that, it's the square with an arrow coming out of it), I get a menu that includes..."Save to Files". Um, I'm already in the Files app. There is a Copy menu item, but I cannot find a way to Paste inside Photos.

With an iPad you'll need to create the book online at PrestoPhotos.com or Mimeo.com. If you have a desktop Mac you can do it via your Photos library on the Mac and then upload to either of those two sites via their apps what work within the library.
