I can not send or receive e-mails

I have for two days been trying to get my computer and iPhone to work on emails Can not send to receive emails at this time. Yesterday I talked with a very nice gentleman from apple that almost got it working.Can I talk to a person. I need help

We don't know with which very nice gentleman from apple you talked yesterday.
