After turning off my new Mac mini while I went on vacation, the machine no longer powers on. How can I resolve this?

Apple Mac mini won’t power on.

I just bought this Apple Mac mini less than a year ago and now it won’t even power on. I shut it down because I was going on vacation and when I came home it would not power back on. Do you have any suggestions?
