APPLE SSD AP0512M Media has less space than it should. How can I reset my MacBook to have 500gb available.

I recently looked at my available storage and found that the total is 324gb when it should be 500gb. I believe this was caused by a previous partition I made for windows using bootcamp assistant. But it may have gone wrong when I reset my MacBook without deleting the partition in disk utility, the partition may have gotten lost and the space was rendered unusable. How can I factory reset and get the rest of the 500gb?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.3

any partition created by Bootcamp must be removed by bootcamp. it will not just rejoin the rest of the drive.

DO NOT use any Windows-native Utilities on your Mac, even to just INSPECT the partitions. They will 'fix' the partition Map the way Windows likes it (without asking you) and your Mac partitions (ALL OF THEM) will be lost with no known method for recovery.
