An unauthorized Apple Store charge of $134. How can I resolve this?

On Saturday, August 12, I purchased an iPad and an Apple pen, order W**********. At first it had another number and the order was declined the I placed the order again and it went through, bank charged me $933, but then today it charged me $134 out of nowhere, no confirmation or anything just the charge from Apple on my bank statement.

You are not addressing Apple here, we are just other end users who have no access to accounts. You need to contact Apple and/or your bank and ask what the charge is for.
