How can I sort my iTunes playlist?

I am trying to sort by name and I can't figure out how. The internet says

How to Sort Playlists in Apple Music

1. From the Apple Music Library tab, select Playlists.

2. Tap the Apple Music playlist that you want to sort.

3. Select the ellipsis (...) in the upper-right corner.

4. Select Sort By.

5. Choose your preferred sorting filter. Playlist Order: The saved playlist song order.

I don't have a sort by option. Using windows 11, iTunes version 12.12.9.4
