I am trying to back up my phone and it is not backing up. I purchase extra storage space from Google for 999 a month and it still is not backing up.

iPhone's backup to Apple's iCloud, not Google's Drive. Purchasing storage space from Google will not allow your iPhone to backup.
You need purchase iCloud Storage from Apple directly, not Google.
